We're excited to announce that new for 2021, you can enjoy a kayak trip on the Kinver Canal, followed by food & drink at The Vine, a popular canalside pub in Kinver.
Available every weekend and school holidays from April 12th 2021, we're hiring out our brand new, very sturdy 2 x seater sit on top kayaks on the beautiful Kinver Canal, Staffordshire. For just £12 per child & £15 per adult, you can enjoy up to 90 minutes of kayaking.
This pretty stretch of canal is very peaceful and offers the ideal introduction to kayaking for beginners and families and is also the ideal day out for those wanting to combine a paddle with the pub (who doesn't?!).
The Vine in Kinver is a popular pub due to its pretty canalside garden, woodfired pizzas and a great selection of meals and drinks.
Located in the pub carpark, we will meet you and get you kitted up into your buoyancy aid and provide you with a dry bag for your phone/purse/wallet. We'll then take you down to the canal where you'll be shown the ropes and given some instruction to help you on your way. You'll then enjoy a 2.8km kayak trip along the Kinver canal to the first lock and back which is a lovely stretch of canal and very relaxing.
