Enjoy a 2, 3,4 or 5 day self-guided canoe trip on the River Severn from Crew Green to Bridgnorth, Stourport & Worcester.

2 day canoe trip from coalport to bewdley

Canoes on the severn

We'll meet you at Coalport and help you pack your gear into dry bags provided by us for your trip (around 120L per canoe). You'll be given a river briefing & we'll get you kitted out and on to the water.

You'll then enjoy a paddle to the The Unicorn where you can set up your tent, relax, cook and soak up the great outdoors. Stop for lunch at a riverside pub perhaps in Bridgnorth on the way to your camp, or enjoy a picnic by the water.

If you'd rather not cook your own dinner, you can order food at the Unicorn and enjoy a relaxing drink.

The next morning, you can get up at your leisure and enjoy your second day of canoeing down the River Severn, ending your day in Bewdley. The earliest we can meet you in Bewdley is 3pm so please aim to arrive there at this time . Your train is at 15:45.

Collection point: Bewdley (we will advise you of the collection point details on booking) 

Suitable for: This trip is suitable for age 14+ (under 18's must be accompanied by adults and be in a canoe with an adult). You will need to have had at least 2 days paddling experience and be confident in steering your own canoe. Everyone on the trip must be able to swim at least 50m and be confident in and around water. 

What's included: We will provide: 60 litre dry bag per person, 1 waterproof barrel per boat, paddles, canoes, buoyancy aids, information on the river (campsite location, maps and guide book, Contact each day for weather report, river level and what to look out for on that day. You will need to bring personal clothing, camping equipment, food and cooking equipment. We recommend you make your campsite booking in advance. 

Price: £90 per adult and £50 per under 18 (minimum of 2 canoes per booking and we recommend a maximum of 2 people per canoe to allow space for your kit/food/drink) 

3 day canoe trip from crew green to bridgnorth

Enjoy a 3 day self guided canoe trip down the River Severn. You'll start at Crew Green and finish in the market town of Bridgnorth. Enjoy the the changing character of the River Severn on this 55 mile trip, camping along the way. We will provide secure parking, transport to the start point, collection from the end point, river information and initial instruction and will check in on you each day.

We welcome dogs on all our River Severn canoe trips and they are free of charge so bring them along :)
